Kale chips
Kale chips preheat oven to 325
- break kale into pieces about the size of cookies. leave out stems
- put in big bowl and add a couple of tbspoons of oil. (a bit of sesame oil is great)
- rub the oil into the kale. Susannah adds salt at this point, but I wait until baked.
- arrange on cookie sheet (i use parchment paper as it absorbs excess oil) slightly overlaying each other.
- bake at 325 for 10 minutes (any higher and you get the oil making more Acrylamides)
You might have to take them out after 5 minutes or so to separate them here and there.
